5 sets leg extensions 15 reps
5 sets squats 10-12 reps ass to the floor
4 sets hack squats 12 reps
4 sets leg extensions toes pointed inward 12 slow controlled reps
3 sets lying leg extensions half way up 12 reps , 3 sets half way down 12 reps , 3 sets full reps 12 reps
4 sets glute machine 15 reps
8 sets seated calve raises 12 reps
During my workout I sipped on 2 scoops amino tone mixed with 20oz Gatorade
